Product Features
Remarkable Energy-saving Performance
We comprehensively optimize the materials and structure of the transformer to achieve high energy utilization and reduce power losses.
Mature Core Technology
The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel and adopts the mature laminated lap joint process (45° fully mitered joint). Elastic fixing devices are installed between the core and windings.
Plate tie rods deliver moderate clamping force; pull plates connect the upper and lower clamping frames, and elastic buffer blocks secure the windings. This effectively suppresses winding vibration and noise.
We coat the core surface with elastic resin paint to enhance moisture and corrosion resistance. The transformer can operate stably for a long time even under 100% ambient humidity, while cutting no-load loss and noise.
Advanced Winding Technology
Wire-wound Cast-resin Dry-type Transformer
Both high-voltage and low-voltage windings are wound with copper wire, cast with epoxy resin, and manufactured with thin insulation and glass fiber reinforcement. We formulate curing curves tailored to specific temperatures and design axial cooling air ducts.
The windings adopt a segmented cylindrical structure, which optimizes electric field distribution, reduces interlayer voltage, and greatly mitigates impulse stress from atmospheric overvoltage and switching surges.
The insulation system uses resin materials with vacuum molding technology. After drying and curing, the resin and glass fiber form an integrated solid structure with strong impulse resistance and low partial discharge.
The thin insulation structure greatly improves surface cooling efficiency of the windings. Combined with axial air ducts, it eliminates hot-spot temperature rise and raises the rated capacity significantly.
Foil-wound Cast-resin Dry-type Transformer
Low-voltage windings are produced by dedicated foil winding machines. DMD prepreg is wrapped on the foil strip to ensure tight winding, well-matched insulation and reliable coil strength.
Support plates are arranged between low-voltage coils and the core to boost short-circuit withstand capability.
Pull plates and pressure studs are used for compacting the winding package, delivering stable fastening performance and suitability for long-distance transportation.
The core clamping design reduces no-load loss and noise, avoids airflow blockage, improves cooling performance and extends the service life of the transformer.
We manufacture high-voltage coils with resin casting technology and eliminate the painting process. It streamlines production procedures, cuts environmental pollution, improves product appearance and raises production efficiency.
Product Advantages
Ultimate Fire Safety (Oil-free Design)
Zero fire and explosion risks: No transformer oil is used inside, so there is no risk of fire spreading caused by oil leakage. Epoxy resin is inherently flame-retardant and releases no toxic gas under high-temperature combustion.
Wide application flexibility: No separate firewalls, oil containment pits or oil drainage facilities are required. The transformer can be installed directly at load centers, such as basements of high-rise buildings, metro stations, hospitals, shopping malls, data centers and other sites with stringent fire protection requirements.
Excellent Moisture and Dust Resistance
The windings are fully vacuum-cast with epoxy resin. After curing, they form a rigid, fully sealed insulator that isolates windings from ambient air, moisture and dust. It will not suffer insulation breakdown caused by moisture absorption even in high-humidity (coastal, tropical rainforest) or heavily polluted environments.
True Maintenance-Free Operation
Hardly any routine maintenance is required during operation, which greatly reduces after-operation maintenance costs and labor workload.
High Mechanical Strength & Strong Short-circuit Withstand Capability
The insulation structure consists of epoxy resin and glass fiber, with tensile strength reaching 600–700 MPa. The composite insulation shares a similar thermal expansion coefficient with copper conductors, effectively preventing cracking.
Superior Electrical Performance (Low Partial Discharge)
Partial discharge level below 10 pC, featuring long insulation aging cycle and extended service life.
Compact Size & Flexible Installation
Small footprint and light weight, which greatly save floor space in power distribution rooms.
