Description
BC2Q Series Star-Delta Starter (hereinafter referred to as the starter) is mainly used for AC 50 Hz (or 60 Hz).
It has a rated insulation voltage of 690 V. Under utilization category AC-3, at a rated operational voltage of 400 V, its rated current is up to 95 A, for controlling three-phase squirrel-cage induction motors with a power rating of 80 kW and below. It switches the stator winding from star to delta connection for motor starting, running and stopping. A thermal relay can be fitted to provide overload protection for the motor and its circuit during operation.
This series is not suitable for quick starting or reversing control of motors, hence it is not applicable for utilization category AC-4.
This product series complies with IEC 60947-4 and GB/T 14048.4.
