Description
BM3E Series Electronic Molded Case Circuit Breaker has a rated insulation voltage of 1000V. It is suitable for AC 50Hz circuits with a rated operational voltage of 400V and rated operational current up to 1600A, for infrequent switching and infrequent motor starting. The circuit breaker provides overload long-delay inverse time protection, short-circuit short-delay inverse time protection, short-circuit short-delay definite time protection, short-circuit instantaneous protection and undervoltage protection functions to protect circuits and power equipment from damage. According to the rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu), it is classified into four types: Type C (Basic), Type L (Standard), Type M (Medium Breaking), and Type H (High Breaking).
This circuit breaker can be installed vertically or horizontally. It is suitable for isolation applications (but it is different from disconnectors).
