Independently Developed
· Environmentally friendly product: utilizes vacuum interrupters and employs dry air as the insulating medium.
· The disconnector and vacuum interrupter are completely enclosed within a stainless steel gas tank filled with dry air; featuring a fully insulated and hermetically sealed design, the tank is constructed from high-quality stainless steel plates using advanced robotic welding technology, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP67.
· The product features a micro-positive pressure design, enabling safe operation even at zero gauge pressure.
· A pressure relief device (rupture disc) is installed at the bottom of the gas tank; in the event of an internal fault, gas is vented through the lower rear section of the switchgear cabinet, thereby reliably ensuring the personal safety of operators.
· The busbar system features top- or side-extension structures, allowing for selection based on specific operational requirements.
· Equipped with power distribution network automation capabilities, enabling intelligent data transmission, supporting “four-remote” functions (telemetry, telecontrol, telesignaling, and teleadjustment), and meeting the requirements of unmanned substations and digitized network management systems.
