Technical Features
1. GGD Basic Framework: Constructed using locally welded assemblies of 8MF or C-shaped cold-formed steel, ensuring high mechanical strength.
2. Natural Ventilation: The cabinet features ventilation slots at both the top and bottom ends, utilizing the principle of rising hot air to create a natural convection channel.
3. Golden Ratio: The cabinet’s exterior design adopts modern industrial styling principles, featuring aesthetically pleasing proportions and a fresh, contemporary appearance.
4. Reliable Grounding: Instrument doors housing electrical components are connected to the framework via multi-strand flexible copper wires, ensuring the entire cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
5. Top-Mounted Main Busbars: The main busbars are positioned at the top of the cabinet; constructed from high-conductivity, premium-grade copper, they are secured at connection points using double-bolt fasteners.
6. High-Insulation Clamps: The busbar clamps are injection-molded from a high-strength, flame-retardant PPO alloy material, effectively preventing short-circuit faults.
7. Safety Clearances: The primary components and wiring meet the required standards for electrical clearance (12 mm) and creepage distance (12 mm).
8. Flexible Installation: Internal components can be installed in fixed, plug-in, or withdrawable configurations, ensuring simple and intuitive operation of the switchgear.
