The New Energy Pad-Mounted Substation is an integrated, rugged outdoor power solution custom-engineered for wind and solar PV power plants. Adopting a compact, split-phase design, it seamlessly combines the high-voltage room, low-voltage control, and a liquid-immersed transformer onto a single structural steel skid. Featuring an independent dual-split low-voltage winding system, it maximizes short-circuit containment while providing flexible parallel or isolated operations. This step-up substation is factory-assembled and fully type-tested to ensure rapid deployment and failure-free power transmission in harsh environments.

- Advanced Dual-Split Technology: Uses an axially split low-voltage winding transformer, which efficiently restricts short-circuit currents and lowers initial infrastructure capital investment.
- Flexible Circuit Configuration: Outfitted with dual low-voltage branch networks capable of operating independently or running concurrently in parallel.
- Robust High-Voltage Safety: High-voltage busbars and power cables are fully segregated into isolated compartments equipped with electro-magnetic safety interlocks.
- Dual-Stage Fuse Protection: Integrates bay-net plug-in current fuses coupled with back-up current-limiting backup fuses for comprehensive 12kV/40.5kV system protection.
- Zero-Leakage Tank Integrity: Every manufactured tank enclosure undergoes a rigorous 50kPa/ 12-hour pressure-retention seal test to eliminate oil leakage risks.
- High Weatherability Paint Coating: Specially treated to endure extreme high-altitude, dense salt-fog, and severe corrosive ambient environments.
