Product Technical Advantages

1. Robust and Corrosion-Resistant Structure: The cabinet framework is constructed from high-quality channel steel and angle steel, welded together and combined with precision-bent high-grade steel plates; this design ensures high mechanical strength as well as excellent resistance to corrosion and vibration.
2. Three-Compartment Independent Isolation: The high-voltage compartment, transformer compartment, and low-voltage compartment feature a completely independent layout. Each compartment is equipped with an automatic lighting system that activates in tandem with the opening of the door, thereby ensuring safety during operation and maintenance.
3. Intelligent Temperature Control and Heat Dissipation: The transformer compartment integrates both natural ventilation and an automatically controlled forced-air cooling system. The exhaust system operates autonomously in response to temperature fluctuations, effectively regulating the internal temperature rise within the cabinet.
4. Digital Distribution Network Integration: Supports the expansion of distribution network automation capabilities and features GPRS or Ethernet data transmission functionality. It is perfectly adapted to facilitate “Four Remote” functions (telemetry, telecontrol, telesignaling, and teleadjusting) as well as the management of unmanned substations.
5. Flexible Spatial Configurations: The structural design offers a choice between “目”-shaped and “品”-shaped layouts.
